No tarnished emblem appearing on the map for me at the west portal. Rezoned. Something must be bugged about it.

I never talked to the scout and just did the arrowhead quest... maybe that's the glitch or did anyone get the emblem without ever talking to the scout.

Well at least the ANet staff is telling us if the third item is out yet so we dont waste our time looking for nothing.......

Thackeray gave me a quest called A Good Deed right outside of the EotN, i haven't done any of the gwen/thackeray dialogs yet. and it doesn't seem like i can untill i do this quest.

Didn't talk to the scout on two accounts, did both quests on both accounts, no problems.

I still can't figure out why the tarnished emblem is not showing up. I rezoned from both entrances, went to the Hall of Monuments to make sure that the dialogues ended at the last box (since they loop, over and over again) and went back and tried to find it again at the west entrance. I again, rezoned at both entrances and NOTHING! I won't kill myself trying to find the third item: I'll kill myself trying to get the emblem to show up.

yes i'm having the same problem. did the first quest with the arrowhead, then upon completion it mapped me back to the HoM. gwen went into a little dialogue starting with "k-kieran is alive!". she repeats this same dialogue over and over.

talking to her again only gives me the option to get keirans bow again. talking to the scrying pool only gives me the normal eotn options and the option to do the arrowhead quest again.

i've ran to the portal at majesty's rest twice now, and done the arrowhead quest twice. no emblem to be found =/ oh and i've zoned in and out of my hall of monuments like 20 times (as suggested on the wiki talk page) and that doesnt help

I'd really appreciate a fix for this please and thanks

Uh... she's just repeating the "Please find Kieran, or find some trace of where he's gone" dialogue series over and over and over. There's no new quest from her. I give up.

Did you try going from druids overlook straight to majesty's rest? This happened to me (originally went from Temple of ages), tried rezoning but then gave up and just went to druids overlook. Zoned out then traveled to majesty's rest. Soon as I went through the portal the emblem was on the ground.

I had a glitch where gwen kept babbling, repeating the dialogue after the first item, went to find item #2, it wasn't there, came back into HoM, then she went through the dialogue once, then went back to the location and item #2 was there. After the second mission, she did the babble glitch again, I went out and went back in, she went through the dialogue once, so now im going to head out and hunt for item #3. I thin the bug is she has to complete her dialogue to advance the story but it loops, you have to get it to not loop. exit and enter the HoM till it stops looping.

Yeah, I've since restarted GW, zoned into Druid's and went from there. I am sitting in the Hall of monuments to see if Gwen loops her conversation forever, or just a few times. We'll see. I'll give it awhile to see if she ever stops and if so, see if that fixes the problem.
